Below are the most common drugs that people use or abuse. The DAU drug screen is available only as individual testing or a 10 panel DAU.  See below for fees.

Drugs of Abuse Fee Schedule

a. Single Drug Analysis - Fees for Urine Specimen ONLY
Analylte Fee Analyte Fee
Amphetamines $175.00 Heroin $195.00
Benzodiazepines $225.00 Flunitrazepam (Roypnol) $175.00
Cocaine $215.00 Meperidine $165.00
Ecstasy (MDMA, MDA) $185.00 Opiates (Codiene, Morphine, Heroin, Oxycodone) $245.00
Gammahydroxybutyrate (GHB) $235.00 Oxycodone $185.00

b. Multiple Drug Analysis

1. 5 Panel DAU (any 5 drugs from above) - $350.00 (urine), $425.00 (blood) per sample

2. 7 Panel DAU (any 7 drugs from above) - $425.00 (urine), $540.00 (blood) per sample

3. All Ten Drugs (10 Panel DAU) from the above list - $585.00 (urine), $645.00 (blood) per sample

Specimen Requirements

Urine: 60 ml random urine (25 ml min). Addition of Sodium Fluoride preservative is required.

Method of analysis include Gas Chromatograph, Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) ONLY. This is highly accurate and sensitive that produces results with 100 confidence.  Additionally, it is highly recognize in court as the "Gold" standard in analytical testing of drug compounds.

Alcohol (Ethanol) Analysis

Ethyl Alcohol or Ethanol is an organic compound found in alcoholic beverages such as beer, liquor or wine.  The of analysis of Ethanol is ideal for DUI/DWI case or suspected alcohol consumption, whereby alcohol analysis is required that may have legal implications. The specimen of whole blood is usually preferred as this gives the true level of alcohol. Serum may also be used. However, the alcohol level is between 16%-18% higher than whole blood. A urine specimen is also acceptable.

1. Whole Blood: 5 ml whole blood.  Use lavender top tube with Sodium Fluoride (NaF) preservative.

2. Serum or Urine; 3.0 ml serum or 15 ml urine with Sodium Fluoride preservative.

FEE  (Blood, serum, or urine) - $295.00 per sample per specimen type (blood, serum, or urine.

Glucose Analysis - $175.00 per sample

Method: Gas Chromatograph Flame-Ionization Detection (GC-FID).
