Account Set-up

At Toxicology Associates, Inc., we make it easy for you to set-up an account.

          1. Corporate, Institution, Organization

In order to set-up your account, please provide as much  information as possible such as  name of facility, contact person, your drug testing requirements, expected monthly volume, authorized personnel to report lab results to, etc.  Once all the information is gathered, we will furnish a proposal outlining in details the process of doing drug testing, specimen collection, etc.  Of course, discounts will be applied based on expected monthly volume.

2. Individual/Non-Corporate

Account set-up for individual/Non-corporate is not necessary, since the majority is a one time deal.  However, continued use of our service (i.e. required drug testing for a period of six months, etc.) can qualify for discounts.  Contact our lab for more details.
